RESEARCH ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF GREEN AGRICULTURE IN CHINA

Abstract Green agriculture is a modern agricultural way. It is based on ecology economics principle, depended on normal cycle of ecology productive forces and ecology system to produce unpolluted, safe and high quality agricultural products. After ten years developing, green agriculture in China has formed 4 classes and 17 breeds. The most is agricultural products and forest products. It's centralized in the north of China.
There are many superior factors for distributing green agriculture. However, a lot of problems still exist in China. With the rising of world green revolution and economic globalization, China became a member of WTO. It will bring good chance to China agriculture developing, at same time China agriculture will face up to trade obstacles and the fierce international competition. For the sake of developing, green agriculture is sure to replace the present agriculture operation. It will become dominant industry. It should chiefly depend on vegetables, rice, fruit, and hood grains, oil. Green economic crop and green livestock should be the main body of green agriculture of China. It should devote major efforts to develop the green livestock harms that rely mainly on park, beef, chickens, and eggs. The strategy of developing green agriculture is as follows:
On the basis of the distributional rules of regional superiority, market trend, suitable measures to lo cal conditions and relative centralization, thinking the local agricultural condition and every agricultural products' regional superiority, refer to the main agricultural products quantity and quality, China should put emphasis on 14 green agriculture types.According to consistency of regional green agricultures' ecology environment, original basis of agriculture, the level of agriculture productive forces at present, the dominant direction of green agriculture, China green agriculture could be divided into 9 zones.It should take some measures to distribute green agriculture in China.The first, the building of green food industry should be strengthened to promote specialization, scaling of region green agriculture. The second, the base-building of green agriculture should be strengthened in order to drive region development.The third, in order to improve the quality of ecology environment and avoid new pollution, pollution-harnessing should be strengthened. At last, the government should perfect the green agriculture system of technology and investment and policy, protect green agriculture developing, and raise its ability to against market risk.
